- Design and build data flows and visualization displays within Ignition Perspective to support advanced operational analytics
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across OT equipment such as control systems, Remote Intelligence Gateways, RTUs, and data loggers
- Sustain data connections among remote operations centers, corporate data servers, and OEM SCADA, RTU, and OPC server environments
- Act as the primary liaison between plant operations and internal or third-party IT teams
- Provide guidance and hands-on support to keep all assets in compliance with NERC CIP requirements
- Contribute to SCADA lifecycle refresh initiatives and support emerging internal AI programs

What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline plus 3–6 years of applicable experience; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Hands-on background with renewable (wind/solar) and gas power generation systems
- Working knowledge of OT equipment and protocols including SCADA systems, RTUs, PI data historians, SEL-RTAC, DNP, OPC, and Modbus
- Experience with one or more SCADA/HMI platforms such as Ignition, Wonderware, or Cimplicity

- Scripting ability, with Python strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of power plant fundamentals, ideally with direct renewable project experience
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Self-directed work style with sound judgment and the ability to act without close supervision
- Effective time management, attention to detail, and comfort working both independently and across cross-functional teams
- Valid US driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must have full-time US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
