What you'll do
- Serve as a primary client-facing contact, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction across active projects
- Drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities, pursuing new clients, and expanding the firm's presence in the land development market
- Oversee land development projects spanning single-family residential and commercial work
- Collaborate with internal technical staff to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations
What you'll bring
- 15 to 20 years of experience in land development engineering
- Demonstrated strength in client management and business development — this is the core focus of the role
- Background in single-family residential and/or commercial land development projects
- Based in or able to work from the Denver, Colorado area
