Our client, a national environmental infrastructure consultancy, is seeking an experienced National Industrial Air Practice Leader to head their air quality discipline across the United States. This is a senior leadership role for a specialist ready to shape strategy, drive growth, and deliver technical excellence at a national scale. The position is based in Guasti, California.

- Provide national leadership and strategic direction for the industrial air quality practice
- Oversee technical delivery standards and ensure consistency across projects and regions
- Support business development efforts and help grow the air quality service line
- Serve as a senior technical resource and mentor to air quality professionals firm-wide
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial air quality, including permitting, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Prior experience leading or managing an air quality practice or technical discipline at a consultancy or similar organization
- Strong business development capabilities and a track record of growing a technical service line
- Ability to operate effectively at a national level across multiple projects and client relationships
